MONTS screw conveyors transport bulk animal by-products between processing stages — from intake bins to crushers, from crushers to batch cookers, and from cookers to downstream equipment. They are a core connecting component in rendering and ABP processing lines.
Available in various lengths, diameters and materials to match each position in the production line. Carbon steel is standard; stainless steel SS 304 or SS 316L is available for hygienic or food-grade applications. Trough design is open, closed or fully sealed depending on process requirements.
